    required to show up to help in the recount, on the same day as his father's interment in Arlington Cemetery. He added that if he refused to appear for the recount, he could do some jail time for ignoring a legal summons. I wish Obenshain had spared this guy, and us taxpayers, the trouble.

      - 165 votes out of over 2,000,000 cast - I don't blame him for wanting a recount to make sure that the results were correct. He didn't drag it out, he didn't tie it up in round after endless round of litigation - he requested the recount, and then promptly conceded when it became obvious he wasn't going to win.

      As unfortunate as your friend's situation is (was?), Obenshain didn't do the wrong thing. This really was just a case of ill-luck.
