than I did for Obama in 2008.  He was easy for me to read as a corporate toady willing to say anything to anybody to get elected.

Hillary has a little more credibility, though its not saying a lot.  She's changed since she left the Senate and it will take some time for her to regain my trust.

If cutting Social Security & Medicare benefits for low income seniors is what Democrats do after they win a budget standoff, I'd hate to see what they do after they lose one.

    •  I'm hoping that she learned that... (0+ / 0-)

...her Village (based on the African proverb) bears no resemblance to the Village that serves to comfort the already VERY comfortable in our Power Centers.

And that if she really wants to empower future generations of women, she must use government to create space for them. It's the one thing that I think separates her from Bill: that our power elites still marginalize ALL women. If I see that separation in this campaign, I'll sign on.

And what differentiates HIs from NeoCons is that military deployment is not expressly used to grab resources or impose regime change for the sake of regime change. HIs can appear "hawkish" and find common ground with NeoCons, but they have different Primary goals in mind when they assert the need to project military force.

I will stipulate that at times that has been a distinction without a difference (see resource rich Central Africa).
