    started to loudly agree with this article "The slippery slope of gay marriage has begun" declaring crap like:

    The federal court decision this month that struck down most of Utah’s anti-polygamy law as unconstitutional is yet another reminder that slippery-slope arguments, so frequently ridiculed, deserve more respect than they get.
    Yeah? (I said.) Then by your logic, straight marriage began that slippery slope to gay marriage. Right? Right?

    (silence. a beautiful silence!)

      tax breaks and other legal rights and privileges contingent on marriage. At the at point, the 14th Amendment starts coming up.
         If marriage had been only a religious concept in the first place, there would be no clamor for legalized same sex marriage today.
         Each church could do its own thing.
