states refusing Medicaid expansion and hate the federal govt have made the federal govt run their exchanges.

    Really WTF?

It really is a stellar example of we hate the government so much that if you elect us - we will totally fuck it up and prove that government cannot work. When are the folks in these states see this truth?

if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.

to end IRS re-imbursement to people
who get rebates and premium support from
a federal exchange as opposed to a state exchange.

If they do it's a massive income transfer to the blue states.

And for all the people getting hosed, in Alabama and Mississippi, it will be a real reason for them to change their
      government abit.

Think of the irony here.  Conservative governors refused to develop their own exchanges shifting the burden onto the federal government who really wanted to get it to work correctly and, in all honesty, have done an incredible job of taking the federal exchange from a total disaster in October to where it is today.  I worked in development for many years and am immensely impressed with those people who were able to turn around this site in only one and a half to two months.  The time and work and stress that it must have taken to do this must have been incredible.  It is truly remarkable.

Note had these Republican governors done their own state exchanges they could have totally submarined their own exchanges so they would never work and could have totally undermined a large segment of the healthcare system.  Do you honestly think Rick Perry would think one second about undermining the ACA in Texas by totally messing up the exchange.  He already deprived millions of Medicaid and this would have been icing on the cake for him.

Thank God these Republican governors are as dumb as their constituents.
