    Roman Catholic Church issues. The diary author uses the term infallible suggesting that the words of the new Pope on economic justice have that authority and that's not correct. The Pope is using the bully pulpit to pursue a personal issue, one long standing in the history of the RCC and in particular in South America. But his words have no power as RCC doctrine and no Catholic Church member, priest or bishop is required to follow him.
