    That's a really disturbing thought. That the only reason that the financial sector was reigned in at all was due to anti-Semitism. I hope there's no truth to that.

      was because it destroyed the economy, and millions of people were struggling to find food everyday and most of the rest were in danger of falling that low.

      Speculation is the result of greed-disease and gambling obsession, but if one wants to waste their resources on it, that's fine. It's when other people's money is used, and irresponsibly, that you have an ill to the nation and society resulting.

      Like today.

        Speculation, even by people using their own money, can warp markets and allow people with a certain commodity to act like a cartel, driving up prices

        But this leaves you no defence against Feior's next spell - a blast which strikes you full on, incinerating you instantly
