    The thing that changed me the most was a different angle on the Third Nobel Truth:  the cessation of anguish.

    After you have recognized a particular anguish and it goes away you should remember that "anquish which has gone away" for as long as one can.


    The highest form of spiritual practice is self observation with compassion.
