  •  I'm one of those who have enrolled in Colorado. (5+ / 0-)

It really wasn't a painful process. I had a question that I emailed in, and it was answered by email and by a personal phone call. I called back and had a great conversation with a very competent young man who answered more questions.

We dropped our $10,000 deductible BCBS policy that covered basically nothing, and now have a good policy, I hope, that covers so much more and costs about a third of what we were paying. It looks like most of the doctors in our small town are "in network". I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for smooth sailing...

Though only in the Medicaid expansion. My wife and I are eligible for Tricare Reserve,  but the monthly premiums are too expensive for me, so because of her citizenship status, (she's been a permanent resident for two years; five years is required for Medicaid eligibility) I will enrolled her in the Tricare program for $51.62 premium.
