    In my opinion, 13 minutes is not bad at all! Yes, seconds would be nice and that should be the goal. But honestly, 13 minutes is a lot less than I have waited to get through to customer service or tech assistance at some companies!

      for our customer service areas that would be a major red flag.  Again, given the volume it doesn't surprise me, esp. if the average talk time was almost 20 minutes. Functionally, that's only about 20-25 callers per day per agent (3 per hour, 7-8 hour shift).
