    that concerns me most of all.  When it comes to surveillance, the NSA will get it if the FBI doesn't.  The creeping security state is creeping every closer.

    But slashing the resources to combat the most lucrative (and probably the most prevalent) type of crime?  Disgraceful.  No wonder formerly-respectable financial institutions think anything goes nowadays:  because it does, with no risk of presecution.
