  •  YouGov Surveys Are Very Accurate (14+ / 0-)

I do regular YouGov surveys, and I can assure you I took great delight in giving Papa John's and similar outfits the shellacking in reputation they deserve. I did one recently, and took particular pleasure in whacking Captain Morgan rum, since the poll coincided with their advertising on Rush Limpbaugh's show.

And for those who try to criticize YouGov poll results:

YouGov conducted a three wave "megapoll" during the recent U.S. national elections, providing detailed estimates for the national popular vote and Presidential and Senate races in 27 states (a total of 51 contests). As in the 2008 Presidential and 2010 midterm elections, YouGov hit the national vote split with almost no error using a large national sample. In individual states, the smaller samples produced larger errors, but these estimates were, on average, more accurate than other telephone and Internet polls.

    •  It hasn't seemed to have a negative impact on (3+ / 0-)

Papa Johns business or its Founder/CEO. From Nov 2012 to present the common stock of Papa Johns, traded on NASDAQ:PZZA, is up about 50% from $30 a share to $45. That likely increased the personal net worth of the founder/CEO about 50% as well.
