      for the traffic study he was told about....isn't that the story, why would he not just say that? routine traffic study, not his job to know WHY

        Christie and everyone involved in this mess knew for a fact, there was no traffic story.  It was just an attempt to conceal what they had done and it is beginning to look suspiciously like obstruction of justice.
