    1.  You cut back on food stamp assistance, saving billions in the process.  

    2.  You cause senior citizens to die of malnutrition, and then you pay out a one-time-only death payment of $2,000 or so instead of ongoing monthly benefits, and you save again.

    3.  Considering all the dollars you've saved through ending those pesky monthly expenditures, you pull a GWBush and announce that because the government really, truly doesn't need any surplus, you will return the amount of over-paid taxes to the hard-working electorate in the form of additional tax cuts to the wealthy.

    4.  Somehow, all that extra money will trickle right on down from the "job creators" into the hands of the little people; they just have to be patient.
