instead of reacting like the Republican Heritage Action PAC scoring the budget bill before there was a bill. These are the people who admitted that they had no plan for the government shutdown to succeed. The people of whom John Boehner said,

    Are you kidding?!
Israel/Palestine deadenders on both sides have no plan except a wish for the problem to go away if they shut their eyes and cover their ears long enough, or possibly if they killed off or pushed out the other side. Rather like the Orangemen and the IRA in Northern Ireland when the negotiations became serious there. (I have both Scots-Irish and Irish ancestry, Monroe and Reilly. Also Jewish, but not Palestinian. For them, I rely on more general empathy.)

The deal proposes some land swaps preserving some Israeli settlements, but requires Israeli settlers deep in Palestinian territories to relocate, more or less as when Israel withdrew from Gaza.

Netanyahu reportedly would accept a statement in the framework that any final agreement would be based on the borders of 1967, the year Israeli forces captured and occupied the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
