Highjacking this argument about a trade agreement and its status as a treaty by comparing it to the ACA is exactly what you accuse Don Midwest of.By the way,"sharply limited debates and amendments"?That's revisionist history at its lowest. The ACA was debated in almost every public  forum including House and Senate committees whose members took full advantage of the rapt attention of the media to spout a multiplicity of views loudly and repeatedly for well over a year before passage. For you to conflate the ultra secret proceedings of the global corporate protagonists who have not as yet even allowed the congress itself  to know what is in the agreement is as absurd as it is disingenuous.
