    we constantly divide the world into us and them, I see it all the time on these pages. If someone or their children are "them" then we dismiss them and figure they deserve what they get.

       Recognizing that I am capable of such bad acts, helps me commit them less often than I would otherwise.  The arrogance of being good will lead one down the path of treating others as less than.  You see this in treatment of many Dems as unworthy.
