  •  Roasts were buy one get one last week (4+ / 0-)

and it's been cold, so it's a good time to cut half a roast up for a meat pie :). I'm hoping to be able to pull the sewing machine out later tonight or tomorrow and finish the baby quilt and make my square for the "Quilt as you go" project. But we'll see how my body is doing. My hands are still achy today, and my neck is crunchy, but hopefully that will ease off as I move around, given that I CAN move around.

    •  I'm thinking a pork roast with chimmichurri. (4+ / 0-)

I'm hotlisting the "quilt as you go" project. In case I ever have time =) Speaking of which, where is trkingmomoe? She hasn't checked in, last that I checked.

H'mm. I've mentioned my addiction to hot water with apple cider vinegar and honey. The apple cider vinegar is supposed to help with arthritis, and really has a lot of benefits. I wonder if it could help you? Bragg's is the best, but pricy compared to Heinz or store brands. Bragg's has the "mother," which is why you want it.

My hip is much better after some painful treatments. Ugh. Moving around is the best treatment for all of us.
