    extensive non-invasive studies have been done for the best predictive potential possible.  Implementing lane closures without those studies and without communicating with the public is negligence.

    From your article and another I found from before the closures you mentioned those non-invasive studies and the communication took place before the Jughandle incident.


    Older one that I found which states:

    Commissioner James Simpson told officials at the Central Jersey Transportation Forum this morning. “Everyone in Princeton seems to have an opinion about it…We’ve studied this to death, and we are putting the pilot in place.”
