    chambers (lovingly, of course) to tell the Justices that they are full of $#it and going to hell. If I'm not allowed to do this, I'll be disadvantaged in getting my point of view considered.

      Supreme Court chambers are not the same thing as a public sidewalk.

      If you see Justice Scalia walking on a public sidewalk, on the other hand, you are free to tell him exactly what you think of him, as long as you don't include any kind of physical threat. (And Justice Scalia would tell you exactly the same thing if you asked him.)
