your ID when paying with a credit card?  Or are you down with anyone using it, without an ID check?  Just because they have either IT, or the number?

      •  until someone else gets your PIN (0+ / 0-)

Apple Inc just paid a huge settlement recently to parents who thought that their darling infants just couldn't live without a computer or iPad, until they learned that their kids downloaded and purchased millions of dollars of apps and products when left unattended with such devices.

The kiddies got to keep the downloads, and the parents said to the courts:  "I didn't purchase these apps...my kid did.  While using my device...without supervision.  He/she must have had my PIN number."
