    The means of production need not be... (0+ / 0-) the hands of a tiny minority in a capitalistic system.

    Only in theory.  In practice, capital is money which makes more money, and so the possessors of capital, having formed a small, oligopolistic financial elite from the beginning, continue to form one today.
