    and with bobbles, but getting back to 235 mornings, for me.

    We weigh morning and evening, 7 days a week and write it down. part of Himself's Type 2 routine as he is NOT calorie counting, more watching the carb balance of what he eats. he uses the new "divided plate portions" method pretty much. we've always counted & recorded for really serious reducing, this is a milder version, but it's working for him pretty well.

    "real" work : a job where you wash your hands BEFORE you use the bathroom...
