    of hamburg on sale the other day at the store and had to either use them or freeze them asap.
    To go with I am roasting some fingerling potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning blend, and have some Brussels sprouts braising in a pan on the stove.

    Thank you so much commonmass for a wonderful diary full of such drool-inducing recipes! My family has a lot of German/Swiss background so I grew up loving a lot of these same flavors. Now that we have a more stable income I definitely need to re-stock my spice rack with both sweet and hot Hungarian paprikas! Yum!
