    But where is the opposition from former New Jersey governors: Democrats Brendan T. Byrne and James J. Florio, and Republicans Thomas H. Kean and Christie Whitman, concerning the spectra pipeline in Jersey City, Hoboken, and Bayonne? And where is the Sierra Club too?
