To everyone who was offended that I said that the POTUS should be hanged for treason, this is the man who droned Al-Awaki on “suspicion of terrorism"--not proof--and later killed his 15-year-old son for nothing more than being his son.
Did he say anything of the sort when previous presidents were in power, and authorized drone strikes against suspected terrorists that caused collateral damage? Specifically for the purposes of the comparison, Reagan, HW Bush, W Bush...

For that matter, does he say such things when domestic police authorities kill innocents while pursuing what they think are criminal or terrorist suspects?

Let's see the consistency. If there's no consistency, let's see the excuse for the inconsistency.

A more pertinent question to current events: what exactly are these people doing now about the drone policy?

The Senate Intelligence Committee, led by Feinstein and Wyden, passed an amendment in the intelligence authorization requiring the President to publicly report on who is being killed by drone strikes.

Every Democrat on the committee voted yes.

Every Republican on the committee, including purported "moderate" Susan Collins, voted no.

Here's John Nichols' piece at The Nation:

Senator Susan Collins Is the Barrier to Transparency, Accountability on Drones

If these people are concerned about the drone policy, why don't they do something about it?
