There are several where you can avoid entire sections if you so choose. The Marketplace, where you pick up small items like baskets, dishes, lamps and the like can be deadly to a budget. Mr. Scribe went back to return some items we bought for his mom (after her moving into assisted living fell through), and we learned that they only refund on a gift card, no cash...so we've got $150 or so to spend there. I'll have to think about what we might need or want to splurge on; we could definitely use some new towels, and I want to replace my toaster oven with an actual toaster.

I spent about $15 on two picture frames, a white hanging tea light lantern for the yard and a wire wastebasket. I can't buy the meatballs because they have pork in them, I'm allergic to it.

I could have put a hurt on $150 if I had it to spend, tho.

And daddy won't you take me back to Muhlenberg County Down by the Green River where Paradise lay. Well, I'm sorry my son, but you're too late in asking Mister Peabody's coal train has hauled it away. John Prine
