    how it is that if one person poisons another person, it's legally regarded as attempted murder and can result in life imprisonment if convicted: but if a corporation poisons a person, it's thought of as an "unfortunate incident" using a "trade secret".

    My favorite saying from the last 10 years:

    "I'll start to believe that corporations are people when Texas executes one."
