    As he's quitting the 2008 race, Mitt rails against the Repub way of succession. Last time's loser is this time's nominee. Why can't they change? On and on.
    Then one of his advisors says "What does that make you, then?"
    The realization hits Mitt like a dropped hammer. 2012 was going to be his turn. He turned pale and pensive.

    It was much more revealing than when he realized he had lost. Mitt was always prepared for losing. For most of the movie, he expected to lose.

    Right many are called, and damn few are chosen.
