    people pointed out that if anyone else had launched a conspiracy to screw up GWB traffic for four days, they'd be arrested under the terrorism laws.

    So, I'm trying to find out what the truth of the matter is.

    I think it sounds like it should be illegal for a lot different reasons, including interfering with interstate commerce, misuse of government property, etc.

      Terrorism might be a stretch, but for sure willful interference with interstate commerce (a federal offense), misuse of government property (a state offense at least) and reckless endangerment (a state offense at least).  It would be inconceivable to believe a crime didn't occur with Bridgegate, given the danger created.

      A commenter mentioned earlier that this senior center affair amounts to misuse of federal funds.

      Whatever happens, Christie is in deep doo-doo--and it's only a matter of time before we find a smoking gun.
