    The ones who are just over the line from qualifying for federal subsidies, probably mostly 2 income families, will also be hard pressed. At that level, insurance premiums are high, in the neighborhood of $700 to $1,000 a month for a family of 4.

    Tax credits end at around $70,000 yr for such families.  That can take a big bite out of a budget.

    Money is property, not speech. Overturn Citizens United.
