    I've lived all my 53 years in the south, mostly in Georgia.

    I presume you've seen that the Georgia Dept. of Revenue just approved a Confederate battle flag license plate? Not making that up; not from The Onion; really: http://www.cbsnews.com/...

    On the one hand, it's just a symbolic gesture to the small % of the most hardcore bigots. On the other hand, the fact Georgia officials won't even say no to blatant hardcore bigotry speaks volumes.

    Sorry to hear of your separation and your financial struggles--which, even in good economic times, too often afflict women after the breakup of marriages. I wish you financial security, rewarding work, love, and the opportunity to use your talents to good effect.
