    of the holdout ranchers and farmers in Nebraska, who would rather be arrested and imprisoned than surrender their land and the Ogalla aquifer to pipeline development, I thank you for your support! This isn't an issue that just affects the Great Plains states. It affects everyone who depends on the Great Plains for food.

    I'm hopeful the Nebraska Supreme Court finds in favor of the landowners. In the meantime, I think the politicians have forgotten one very important saying, just as important in Nebraska as in states further west.

      but the farmers and people of the Great Plains are at ground zero for this one. The least we can do is show solidarity, but I also know there are a lot of people out here ready to travel should the President approve the pipeline.
