I think that this Kansas bill, which may be off the front burner but will definitely reappear somewhere down the line, is actually an abridgment of our First Amendment rights to Free Speech. It  makes it impossible for people to band together and transmit their thoughts, ideas and opinion, all forms of free speech. How can one have free speech if the transmission of said speech is made impossible or illegal by statute?
Just a thought for any Kos member/reader who might be more into the Law than I am.
