    ...is rather clear on what information the site is collecting and what the site's owners/administrators are doing with that information.

    And we're not talking about a first-time user here, who just hits the front page once, decides that the site isn't their cup of tea, and moves on. Mr. Boothroyd has created an account, posted and commented, and continues to point his browser here time and again.

    At what point does it become the user's responsibility to do some due diligence by reading the site's policies as to what information the site is collecting and how it's using it, and if they find those policies dissatisfactory, to stop pointing their browser to the site?

      I understand completely, and I do get the message. Choose elsewhere if you don't like it. Kind of like choosing between Exxon and Chevron, you still buy gas while killing the planet driving to work every day.

      And it takes a while to replace the blogs here with the original (and other) sources.  /lazy
