    that bedevils us all--discovering worthwhile books from a catalogue and then proceeding to order the electronic version.

    Like you, I order hard copies from the catalogue as gifts to family members, or to save for my granddaughter to read later on, or when the electronic version simply isn't available.

    Those of us who have books piled from cellar to attic often wonder how on earth we're going to manage to find room for any more.  I sold my father's collection, have given my frivolous books to others, and kept only those I know I can't live without. Still have a whole basketful of steamy romances that I can't Freecycle because of their content and am wondering what on earth to do with them.
