    The basic question is how it would be stored if it was introduced to a US Navy ship?

    Also, how would NBC procedures respond to release of this chemical inside a ship?

    That study is where CDC got the limit at 0.057 PPM = 57 PPB. The earlier quote at 1 PPM was pulled early on. Governor Coal-Boy keeps quoting it.

    (Three times the 18 PPB observed at George Washington High School.)

    The fumes in these pipes could be anything.
