  •  I just had a similar idea (14+ / 0-)

Everyone must still have a scheduled voting location.  As a result of this, there will certainly be some - previously mostly white - voting locations that are going to get a whole bunch of new voters.

So, here's the plan: Organize.  Let's get busses to transport the people, let's set up daycare for the kids, let's have chairs for the elderly to sit on, let's have drinks to hand out and let's make sure that the line is long all-day-long with out voters.  This will have the effect of suppressing the vote of the other side.

If the line isn't long enough, get people who have already voted to get in line so that it appears that the wait will be long.  The white folk will only tolerate so much waiting in line too.  With organization, we can outdo them.

Oh, no chairs, drinks or day care for Republicans.

I wonder if something less obvious like get a lot of volunteers and take some donations for some bus tickets, if there is public trans

Get all the minivans and vehicles to pick up and drop off people to vote. Just keep slow and steady doing that.

In short order these elite polling places will be bogged down and all the elites will begin to wonder where did these people come from, how did they just show up, I didn't even notice it..

Then they will talk and talk about this weirdness (in their minds) and it should be on the news, then citizens can write in or call and say, it was people helping people overcome the game of politics effort to make it as hard to vote as possible.

That should make it stick while they are leaving offices, after being voted out!

I hoe that makes sense, just being real sutble. I could be having a session of MindSkip but maybe get the jest.

I have committed to helping as many get registered to vote and to even deliver them to vote and take them home. but I am not in Florida
