    Or Prosecutors did not convince beyond a reasonable doubt etc, and the guy walks.

      Keep things so simple that a racist or dumb jury wont have excuses to let this guy go.

      The prosecutor needs to focus on the fact that no one else saw a gun or anything that resembles a shotgun or a stick in the vehicle. That is more important than whether he got out of the car or not because what if he actually did?  It still does not justify a shooting. By giving equal importance instead of secondary importance to that argument, all it takes is one jury to convince himself the door was open and forget the fact that there was nothing remotely resembling a gun there.

      not saying they should not have talked about the angle of the bullets, but I feel like the more importance they give it, it misses the main point.
