    failed to address the FF&C issues raised Section 2 of DOMA.  As far as I am concerned, the grant in Article IV

    does not grant Congress the power to bring about Section 2.  It strikes me that this is a grant of power to determine how to ministerly bring FF&C into being.  In other words, Congress can require a raised seal, but they can't say that you can violate Equal Protection if you like.

    With the Decision Points Theater, the George W. Bush Presidential Library becomes the very first Presidential Library to feature a Fiction Section.
