because API wants to shell game hydrocarbons under the nose of the American people.   What API wants is to be able to export conventional light and intermediate crude oil produced from domestic oil production in places like California, North Dakota and Texas for foreign crude export markets while the United States increases its dependence on Canadian tar sands heavy sour crude with the decision of KXL increasing that dependence at Gulf refineries.

Let's tell API Jack that the crude export ban should be maintained.
