    Any demographic trend that takes more than 10 years is useless because new candidates come up, distance themselves from their party or their party's past positions. They can change or alter their stance on issues in that amount of time and voters will forget or not care.

    There will always be two viable parties in the US. The electoral rules are set up that way. One party will never dominate for more than a few years because people like to complain about things like "the government". You can't escape that no matter how many Latinos there are.  

    Re-allignment, re-branding. Hopefully to a more inclusive Republican party ... full of rich Latinos, Asians, and African-Americans voting against the working poor.
