    Is just the price of doing business.

    Republicans, who have long lived on the idea of floating around trumped up maps of how much 'land' they win because 'country voters are with us' let those same voters in rural areas know exactly how they feel:  If you're sick, please die.   Have a heart attack?  Sorry, closest hospital is just too far away.  Good news: this way we won't pay for your extended care.

    Better news: most of us who backed this will run unopposed so we can come back to these rural districts and lie through our teeth and tell you it was Obama who closed these hospitals, and without democrats to contest our argument, the lie wins.
