    Wow.  That seems really, really small.  To keep a hospital properly staffed, 24/7, you need a lot of professionals.  You need an ER, a lab, a radiology service, a pathology team, not to mention all the skilled RNs and ancillary staff.  Granted, if Medicaid were expanded that would surely increase the census, but small hospitals such as this one are not as viable as they  used to be.

    It's the Supreme Court, stupid!
