    level pay.

But the UAW chose not to fight.

And I said this over one year ago.

US unions are morphing into their Mexican counterparts.

Every year, union leadership tells its workers, "We're doing the best we can, but we have to ensure that El Patron remains competitive in this global economy."

Meanwhile, El Patron summers in the Mediterranean on his new yacht.

fighting hard enough for the workers is a right-wing talking point. I can understand that someone may not want the UAW criticized, but that will only help the union get weaker instead of stronger. It seems to me that the commenter has a valid point.

        •  If the point is fight harder, then say that (0+ / 0-)

IF that's the issue, if she wants the UAW to fight harder, then say that. Why all the racist crap about vacationing on "El Patron's" boat, then. And please check that commenter's history she has a habit of posting pro BP oil co comments and criticizing public workers. In that light it is hard to see her comments as supporting labor.
