How do people hate this much? Horrific.

    •  Honestly, I think it's dirty politics (7+ / 0-)

using an easily demonized demographic that the politicians could care less about being (further) damaged.

Its all about politics, that's for sure. But nothing about getting their jobs done. The very first claim is that it costs no money. What? Someone got paid to write the thing. Then they sat around and voted on it, that's paid work. Now the lawsuits begin, who pays for that?

But while they are wasting the taxpayer's money doing that, the Senators are NOT getting anything productive done which could fix infrastructure, solve actual problems, make things safer, you know, the stuff that they are supposed to do.

The folks who put this up and voted for it should be thrown out and replaced.

    •  I never get inured to it. (5+ / 0-)

Only the group being targeted for hate ever changes.

and because they are emotionally stunted too, they have to find a person or people to take their frustrations out on. And this is one way in which that happens.

I mean the world is changing too fast for them, they have lost all illusion of control and so this is their pathetic attempt to regain the illusion of control.

This too shall fail them. Nature shows us that diversity = security and that adaptation = survival.

The groups that support this have neither of those qualities. Not only are they destined to fail, but at some point, to disappear as well.

Nature makes people and animals gay. But you choose to be religious. That means that these hate-groups can never get rid of homosexuals, because there will always be a percentage in our population no matter what. But some religionists will outgrow their hate and change their way of thinking and move on to better choices and ways of being.

Their hate will force them into irrelevancy, because once again, they CHOOSE to believe this shit, whereas Gay people are born gay.

One is natural, the other is learned.

Nature has by far, more staying power than anything else.
