    Republican again?

Purity is for primaries; in the general, our worst are better than their best.

It may benefit (D)s if Wolf wins the primary.   Is he way farther to the right?  Yes.   WAY, WAY farther.   but guess what?  He's also way more likely to hang himself in the primaries or general.   See: Todd Akin.

It's Kansas, which is like Missouri without the two large Democratic cities. I'd guess even Wolf would win the general pretty easily. They elected Sam Brownback governor.

I say this.  People have said, since we started trying to organize Kansas that it was pointless.  Now, In February, we have a democrat who is up +7 in the latest polls over Brownback, we have a Republican challenger in DIstrict1 (Huelskamp) a strong democratic challenger in District2 (Wakefield) and both have had very strong donations from the get go.

Kansas is also the state that elected Sebellius, etc.

It may take a lot of work, but I wouldn't write it off
