    this Bill only applies to unions (labor) and that violates Separate but Equal

    Additionally, number 1 & 2 violate Federal Laws which grant employees the right to strike

    Also, number 3 is vague.

        And what is reasonable ingress and egress? You clearly anticipate that this provision would only be applied to picketers that were completely preventing access to the facility, but I think it is much more likely that participants in an ordinary picket line would be ticketed after the owner claimed that their presence "obstructed" "reasonable ingress", and find themselves in court trying to prove they had not done so.
