  •  she was on mahr last night (21+ / 0-)

    did anyone see it?

This idea that there is too much Christie coverage sounds a lot like a Christie talking point.   The story is amazing, it's going to cast light in some very dark corners.  It could turn into RICCO, Chris Matthew's criminal family idea.  And with the NJ Transit Authority paying tax dollars to Samson, so he can get that money back for them from the PA?

A new twist to what goes around comes around?

not online, I have HBO.  I need HBO, for the mini-series.  And I need Rachel and Kornacki and Hayes and MSNBC for the maxi-series.

She's cool, she got 'taken on' by Jane Harman, for some odd reason Jane was competitive.   Jane first claimed to be more liberal than Rachel on some point and then she disagreed with her on climate change, some obscure point that I think had to do with the California draught.  It was odd, but Rachel didn't bite her.

Rachel had the best hugely funny line, "who will speak for God?"

when my DVR supply runs low.  Much to love on HBO, like Girls and Network News and Boardwalk Empire--back episodes, I'm assuming, available once I finally succomb.  Never thought Maher would be enough to tempt me back, but if he gets in the habit of having Rachel on, that would seal the deal.

    •  I totally agree that she's right to keep it front (2+ / 0-)

& center, but Rachel does tend to repeat herself ad nauseam sometimes. Taking the time to repeat the whole 'Time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee' spiel every single time she mentions Bridget Kelley gets old. There are other recurring memes that could be referenced in passing instead of re-reported in their entirety to soak up air time.

So I think there are legitimate points to argue about how hard some repetitive parts are being pushed.

      •  It's important news, but Maddow's delivery is (0+ / 0-)

tiresome.  I don't if her uber-focus on Bridge-gate has helped or hurt her ratings, but it's gotten to the point where I channel surf away from her show when she announces more breaking news.
