    which is the hearing about the validity of former government employees ignoring Legislative subpoenas. If the judge makes the same kind of determination about the Kelly and Stepien subpoenas that was made in the Wildstein case, we will have the Yin to the "time for traffic problems" Yang. At that point we will probably be able to verify who gave Bridget Kelly the directive to set the "traffic problems" in motion. She shared an office with Stepien, and they were both one room removed from Christie's office. Stepien is universally acknowledged to have been Christie's political enforcer. He's probably the guy who gave the order. Unlikely he left a paper trail to Christie but anything is possible.
