    Everything you've described would leave a huge void and only fill a need for obedient workers. What I've described you can't test.

      I'm just going by what I see a need for from personal experience. I mentioned learning how to form a union; that requires independent thinking, as does starting your own business. These are skills that are in short supply. This isn't fully developed; I'm just thinking of ways we can improve our present school system without resorting to union busting or vouchers.
